• Shipping usually takes 10–15 business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.
• During peak seasons (such as holidays or promotional events), delivery times may be slightly longer.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Returns & Refunds Policy

As all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, change of mind, or customer preference.

However, if:

• You receive a defective product;
• Your order arrives damaged;
• You receive the wrong item;

please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide:

• Your order number;
• Clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing your claim, we will offer a replacement or a refund, depending on the situation.

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.
